Based on the individual\u2019s professional profile, a suitable job is sought.<\/p>\n<p><strong>LEARNING AND PLACEMENT PATHWAYS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This is the beginning of the participant\u2019s work experience within the company, with the support of a job coach, accompanying the individual throughout the inclusion process. Intensive monitoring is carried out within the company as well as weekly follow-up sessions in Aura, both in groups and individually. <\/p>\n<p><strong>CONSOLIDATION PATHWAYS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>When a certain stability has been achieved in the company, the intensity of the job coach&#8217;s monitoring decreases, unless there is a specific need. Participants share a flat with student volunteers. <\/p><p><strong>Home Support:<\/strong><\/p><p>A support service for people living independently who need professional support in some aspects of
