We accompany you in your day to day so that you can decide how you want to live your life.

We offer you the necessary support to find a job suitable to your needs and abilities.

Living independently, receiving an education and working
are the rights of all people in order to achieve full participation in society.

INITIAL PROGRAM

Who is it for?

Young people between the ages of 16 and 21 who are studying:

  • TPP: Training and Placement Programs
  • STI: Specific Training Itineraries
  • TAL: Transition to Adult Life
  • IVTC: Intermediate Vocational Training Cycles

What do we offer?

Support and accompaniment in your new personal and professional phase to have more autonomy and responsibility.

How do we do it?

We work in small groups, between 4 and 6 people, who share the same interests, motivations and concerns.

EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM

Who is it for?

People older than 18 years old, who have finished their training and want to find work.

What do we offer?

A service adapted to your needs, to help you find a job, to keep it, and to improve day by day.

This service is called Supported Employment.

How do we do it?

We respect your autonomy and we give you support to improve skills such as:

  • Responsibility
  • Commitment
  • Decision making
  • Motivation to work.

PRE-EMPLOYMENT TRAINING

This is training for people who are looking for work.

In each session we work on professional and
social skills to help you feel secure and have autonomy.

We are looking for a job that
matches your knowledge and skills.

LEARNING AND PLACEMENT PATHWAYS

When you have found a job and start working in a company, the job coach helps you throughout the inclusion process.

Every week there is a follow-up meeting in the company
and in Aura Foundation, individually or in groups.

CONSOLIDATION PATHWAYS

When you have more experience in the company,
the job coach reduces his/her follow-up, except if you need it.

The meeting at Aura Foundation becomes
a monthly, individual meeting.

DEVELOPMENT PATHWAYS

When you have been working for a long time and you do it well, the job coach can help you expand your knowledge.

He/she also considers how to improve your job or how to take on more responsibilities in the company

VITAL PROGRAM

Who is it for?

For Aura Foundation participants who have left their jobs, either for a while or permanently.

What do we offer?

Activities to improve physical, emotional, social, and mental well-being.

We promote active and healthy ageing
and a better quality of life.

TRAINING PROGRAMS

Who is it for?

People over 18, who want to continue training in digital tools, autonomy, languages, effective communication, etc.

What do we offer?

Every 3 months, we offer courses on:

  • Core Competencies
  • Autonomy Competencies
  • Digital Skills
  • Wellbeing skills
  • Creative Competencies

INDEPENDENT LIFE

Who is it for?

People over 18, who want to live alone, with friends or with a partner.

What do we offer?

Personalized support so that each person can become independent and decide how, where and with whom to live.

We work with participants and their families to offer the best support plan.

Aura Habitat

They are learning apartments where the person lives for a period of time to learn to live autonomously.

Share a flat with student volunteers.

Support in your own home

A professional from Aura Foundation offers support to people who live autonomously and need help in some aspects of their lives.

Transversal services.

At Aura Foundation we offer other services adapted to the needs of each person and their families.

We study and monitor the cognitive and psychological characteristics of the participants.

We use a tool to understand the mental, emotional, and behavioural state of the person and to be able to detect and prevent possible changes.

We also use cognitive stimulation programs to maintain or improve their abilities.

We offer different supports adapted to the families of people with intellectual disabilities, such as accompaniment, guidance, assistance and advice.

It is a space where people with intellectual disabilities meet, discuss your rights and organise social activities and cultural outings.

It is a space to participate, learn and relate to other people, with the support of professionals and volrs.

The work program is co-financed with SIOAS 2024 Program Support No. exp.: STC068/24/000021 Comprehensive guidance, accompaniment and support services for the integration of people with disabilities and/or mental illness.
