INITIAL PROGRAM

Who is it for?

To young people between 16 and 21 years old who are studying:

  • PFI: Training and insertion programs
  • IFE: Specific training itineraries,
  • TVA: Transition to adult life
  • CFGM: Secondary education courses

What do we offer?

Support and accompaniment in the new personal stage
and professional in order to have more autonomy
and responsibility

How do we do it?

We work in small groups, of between 4 and 6 people,
who share the same interests,
motivations and concerns.

WORK PROGRAM

Who is it for?

To people older than 18 years
who have finished their training
and they want to find a job.

What do we offer?

A service adapted to the needs of the person
to help you find a job, keep it
and improve day by day.

This service is called Work with support.

How do we do it?

We respect the autonomy of the person
and we support you to enhance skills such as:

  • Responsibility
  • commitment
  • Decision making
  • Motivation to work.

PRE-WORK TRAINING

It is training for people looking for work.

In each session we work on professional skills
and social to help you have security and autonomy.

We are looking for a suitable job
to your knowledge and skills.

LEARNING AND INSERTION ITINERARY

When did you find a job?
and you start working in a company,
the labor preparer
helps you throughout the inclusion process.

A follow-up meeting is held every week
in the company and Aura Fundació, individually or in groups.

CONSOLIDATION ITINERARY

When you have more experience in the company,
the job trainer reduces the follow-up, except if you have a need.

The meeting at Aura Fundació becomes monthly
and individual

DEVELOPMENT ITINERARY

When you’ve been working for a long time and doing the job well,
the job trainer can help you
to expand your knowledge.

It also takes into account how to improve your workplace
or have more responsibilities within the company.

VITAL PROGRAM

Who is it for?

To people from Aura Fundació who have left their jobs,
be it for a while or forever.

What do we offer?

Activities to improve physical, emotional,
social and mental.

We promote active and healthy ageing
and a better quality of life.

TRAINING PROGRAMS

Who is it for?

To people older than 18 years
who want to continue training in digital tools,
autonomy, languages, effective communication, etc.

What do we offer?

Every 3 months, we offer courses on:

  • Basic skills
  • Autonomy skills
  • Digital Skills
  • Wellbeing skills
  • Creative skills

INDEPENDENT LIFE

Who is it for?

To people over 18 who want to live alone, with friends or with a partner.

What do we offer?

Personalized support for each person
can become independent and decide how, where and with whom to live.

We work with the participants
and their families to provide the best support plan.

Aura Habitat

They are learning floors
where the person stays for a while
to learn to live independently.

Share a flat with student volunteers.

Support at home

An Aura Foundation professional offers support
to people who live independently
and they need help in some aspects of their life.

Transversal services

At Aura Fundació we offer other services adapted to the needs of each person and their families.

We study and monitor the cognitive and psychological characteristics of the participants.

We use a tool to know the mental state,
emotional and behavioral of the person
and be able to detect and prevent possible changes.

We also use cognitive stimulation programs
to maintain or improve their capabilities.

We offer different supports adapted to families
of people with intellectual disabilities,
such as accompaniment, guidance,
assistance and advice.

It is a space where people with intellectual disabilities meet, debate about their rights
and organize social activities and cultural outings.

It is a space to participate, to learn
and relate to other people,
with the support of professionals and volunteers.

The work program is co-financed with SIOAS 2024 Program Support No. exp.: STC068/24/000021 Comprehensive guidance, accompaniment and support services for the integration of people with disabilities and/or mental illness.
